A very cozy hotel and quite central to get to Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Seine River, the Hop on Hop off routes. Loved the many bakeries and cafes along the street just outside the hotel heading towards Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff too.

The location of the hotel is great. It is within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, etc. The best thing is that I found a good Vietnamese restaurant in the side street next door. It seems to be opened by a Chinese, including Chinese food. The room is small, clean and tidy, but the location is excellent. Next time in Paris, I will choose his home

Overall, lovely hotel with excellent location to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, and shopping. Nice amenities and wonderful customer service. Our room’s carpet was very dirty - stained and not vacuumed.

The room turned out to be much smaller than in the photographs.
Toiletries are much cheaper than shown in the photos.
Breakfast was ordered to the room at 10:00, but delivered at 7:00, plus you need to go to the restaurant yourself to get warm food.
The interior is shabby and needs renovation.
The climate control is noisy and needs to be turned off to get a good night's sleep.
At the checkout, there was double charge for city tax, so I had to claim for refund

Check in was a very pleasant experience! Mayowa (pardon me if I’m not spelling it correctly) was very welcoming, polite, respectful and helpful. As a customer, a smile and ability to make eye contact when speaking is very important. Another front desk staff ( her name I think is Anne) was very helpful and pleasant.
We had the family suite, and the pull out bed was all set up for the 3rd occupant. Room was clean but small but it worked for us since we were out most of the day. Main bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. Refrigerator had complimentary drinks of water and juice. Bathroom is clean and spacious, but the shower water pressure was very weak.
Hotel location is very close to Eiffel Tower, lots of dining places nearby, pharmacy across the street and a convenience store around the corner. We walked most of the time we were there. 5 min to Eiffel, about 30 min to Arc de Triomphe, 45 min to Notre Dame.

A great hidden gem. Close to the Eiffel Tower, all forms of transit and the river as well. Very central and easy to get to and from.
Mayoma the front desk ambassador is a pure delight to deal with. Friendly knowledgeable and a great representative.. All the staff were exceptional to deal with. I will definitely be back!

The property location is very good and staff is welcoming but paying so much for this property (450$ a night for family room) is not worth it rooms are very small, showers don’t work , corridors are claustrophobic, property looks very old. Also would not recommend to have there breakfast as it’s very less options for 22 euros / person (you can get better options elsewhere)
I would never come and stay here again because if you are paying this much for a room there are better options in Paris which I have been too, they are rated as 4 stars on ******* and in front of the hotel but for me it seems like a 2 star place have stayed in better properties within Paris

The staff is amazing! Ann-Sophie and Mayowa truly made us feel pampered and made our visit even more fantastic.
The hotel is lovely and in a wonderful area of Paris. We are already planning our trip and staying at the Derby Alma next year!
