Except for the loud sound of garbage trucks on the side of the road at seven o'clock every morning, the rest are very satisfactory

For my part, this is the first time that I have had to pick up and replace burnt-out light bulbs.... especially in a so-called suite!!!! Fragonard products not present contrary to their website for suite 24 that we have reserved! Room without toilet paper, only half a roll already used, I had to ask reception on the ground floor and go back to our room with the rolls under my arm. TV where many inaccessible channels (TF1, M6, TMC, France 2 ect ...) Worse, the next day no more channels available on the two screens present in the suite! The sliding doors of the rooms in my suite 24 unusable, unnailed complaints, ceiling plaster ready to fall, dirty floor, 1 thalasso nozzle in the room is broken and yellow... All these malfunctions were reported to reception the very evening of our arrival, the lady simply told us that this was noted but when we left, no excuses, moreover, no request to know if our stay was pleasant on the part of another lady present. In conclusion hotel to flee absolutely!!! In short, my worst stay!

The receptionist was not aware of our arrival via your site. He gave us a room that was not clean (full trash can, handkerchief lying around, faulty air conditioning.)
