The room is not big, but very exquisite and stylish, worthy of being a hotel produced by a big magazine.
Facilities: The facilities are complete, and there are different small cakes downstairs for free every day;
Environment: It is right next to the Arc de Triomphe, not far from the subway station, and there are many shops around. There are also laundry rooms and Korean and Japanese restaurants on the same street.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are smaller than expected.
I made a reservation for three nights, but since I couldn't accept the price, I added about $1,200 to upgrade.
There is no hot water kettle in the room, only a coffee machine. If you want hot water, you have to go to the lobby to get it.
The photos on the website are a bit misleading. The angle of the photo mistakenly gives the impression that the place is big. In fact, the lobby is small, the restaurant is small, the elevators are small, and there are very few staff. There is only one employee in the lobby at night.
Since there are few rooms, the place is small, and there are not many employees, it is easy for the employees to recognize the guests and have a friendly attitude. Especially Flo, who is on duty at night, has a serious work attitude and can really be the best employee.

Best hotel! Best service! Best staff! Excellent! Clean! I recommend this hotel at any point and at any day! The location location location is one of the best places to stay in Paris! It felt that I was able to capture the spirit of Paris by just staying in this hotel!

We arrived early on the day we were to check in and went straight to the hotel hoping that they would keep our bags for us until 3pm when check in was due and to enable us to walk unencumbered around the city. When we arrived we were greeted by Georgio who was delightful and extremely helpful. Not only did they say that one of the two cosy rooms we had booked was free for us to use straight away but when they learnt that my son (age 25) was running the Paris Marathon the next day they upgraded him and his girlfriend to a Suite for no extra charge. My son and his girlfriend were so exciting and elated. What a kind gesture assisted by Sonia the house team Manager. The Suite was fabulous and our cosy room was perfect. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfy with divine bed linen and towels. The hotel offers free unlimited bottles of purified water and a delicious breakfast for 21 Euros. There is a sauna and spa in the basement which was much praised by my son on following a 26 mile Marathon on the Sunday. All in all it is the most perfect hotel and I would very highly recommend it to all travellers.

My husband, me and our French bulldog Maze had a lovely one-night stay at Elle hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is great, very close to the Arc de Triumph but it’s located on one of the quiet streets, so there was no noise at all! The team at the hotel are absolutely amazing, very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back :)

Fluffy pillows, chic rooms, and very comfortable rooms for restful sleep! The location is very privileged, and close to beautiful restaurants and avenues! The staff are very attentive and warm, always willing to provide the best suggestions for meals and things to do!
