Hotel Locomo - Gare de Lyon Bastille

I booked the basic room, which is very small, but enough for one person to stay comfortably. The hotel doesn’t accept cash. There is a cafe right downstairs that belongs to the hotel which was very convenient. The location is good for the travelers that need quick access for gare de Lyon and gare du nord. Gare du Lyon is 2 mins walk. The hotel was quiet and I had a good sleep there for 1 night that I stayed. The breakfast was decent

Location! Location! Location! I arrived early by an international red-eye flight. The hotel is so easy to find after taking the RER to Gare de Lyon. Staffs are all so nice and friendly. Everything is super clean. Coffee and water machine is a plus! Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel near the train station. It’s a 5‑minute walk away. The rooms are small, but beautifully decorated. The room has a comfortable bed and a clean shower. There’s free tea and coffee on the ground floor.

I love everything about this hotel! It's cozy and nice, there's a Nonoprix nearby, Gare de Lyon is close, too: ideal if you leave or come by train. Bedding is amazing, and you can always have a free cup of coffee or tea and fill your bottle with water.

The toilet is so small and not clean. There are stains in the shower place and in the towels as well. I’m a short and skinny Asian but can only barely fit into the shower. Many times I had accidentally bumped into the water tab. The room keeping services started at 10am which is too early and unusual for a hotel. I was woke up by the house keeping noises for next door everyday and on a Sunday, the house keeping lady even opened my door at 10ish without knocking when I was still in bed. After an hour, they found that I’m still in room, they knocked and asked me if I need cleaning service or not. I had to tell them I would leave in an hour so they could clean up my room. There is no signage provided for me to hang on the door handle to tell that I’m still in room or dnd. I asked reception for it but they said it’s not available. The rest of my stay I had to wake up early and worried that the room keeping would open my door. Also there was one morning they knocked my door at 10:30am said there was some technical issues with the hotel and the electric panel is installed in my room a secret closet so the engineer had to go into my room to fix it. I was again forced to go out in an hour to let them come into m my room to fix the issue. There are a fight of stairs for each floor even there’s is elevator. For those who had heavy luggage this is a challenge. Overall my stay with this hotel was not pleasant. I wouldn’t stay here again.

location was great! about 5 mins walk from train terminal. room is small, no cabinet for clothes, no water or kettle provided in rooms. need to use shared one at the mini lobby. qirky decorations. down side is u need to lug ur luggage up the stairs as lift is only available above the stairs.

The location is the best. I also love breakfast vareities and reception's hospitality. However, the wall is quite thin and the toilet layout is quite uncomfortable.

An extremely cramped, filthy hotel room infested with cockroaches. The elevator doesn't even reach the ground floor or the floor where my room is located. I had to haul my luggage up a flight of stairs just to get to the elevator, and once it arrived, I had to climb another flight of stairs to get to my room. This is completely inconsistent with the hotel's description. The reception staff were incredibly rude and hostile. Whenever a problem arose, their only response was to kick you out. Without a doubt, this was the absolute worst accommodation of my entire trip to France. Une chambre d’hôtel extrêmement étroite, sale et infestée de cafards. L’ascenseur ne dessert ni le rez-de-chaussée ni l'étage de ma chambre. Il faut d'abord monter un étage à pied avec les bagages pour pouvoir le prendre, et une fois arrivé, il faut encore monter un autre étage par les escaliers. Cela ne correspond absolument pas à la description de l'hôtel. Le personnel de la réception est extrêmement désagréable et agressif. Face aux problèmes, leur seule solution est de vous mettre à la porte. C’est, de loin, le pire hébergement de tout mon voyage en France. 一間非常狹窄、骯髒的小旅館，房間裏有曱甴 電梯無法到達地面及所住樓層，需要將行李搬上一層才可以乘搭電梯，然後電梯到達該樓層後，又要再走樓梯上一層，完全與酒店描述的不一致 接待處職員態度非常惡劣，遇到問題只會趕你離開， 是這次法國之旅最差勁的住宿
