This hotel is quite old. I stayed on the top floor, and the ceilings were low. The tables and chairs were rundown, and the desk lamp was broken! It's right by the road, so it's very noisy. Other than being conveniently located, it has no redeeming qualities.

The hotel was well-connected, with easy access to the metro and bus, making it convenient to reach all the places we wanted to visit. Perfect for a couple of days.

The location was very good. Hotel clean, but sadly there’s a smell from the toilet so I had to keep the WC door shut at all time to avoid the smell. The wall was thin so I could hear couples arguing the next door. A plus with window to the lively street of Paris (possible security concern).

We were sceptical considering the price and some negative reviews, but can recommend it. If you are in Paris exploring all day and just need a base for crashing in the evening this is for you. Quite basic but clean. Superb vibrant location with excellent transport links. Loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.
