Reception is welcoming. Room is clean. Service is good. Location is convenient.

The location is very inconvenient. There was no interest places nearby, such as restaurants, shops. The service at here were unfriendly. They can’t allow early check in , even though they have some available rooms.

The location was good as it’s a walking distance to restaurants cafe but the rooms are very small for an apartment kind, especially the 2 single beds I’ve never seen before to such small beds. My teenager sons couldn’t sleep well at nights as he couldn’t move properly due to the tiny beds. There weren’t any water bottles so we had to buy and stock them, the service at the lobby was very slow and the receptionist couldn’t understand English well. I accidentally booked an extra day and requested to cancel the extra but they decline which was very disappointing as we were staying 3 nights but accidentally booked for 4 nights with 3 rooms.

It’s all right for a night or two.

The room is well-equipped, with a small balcony facing avenue de france. The daily cleaning is safe and responsible. There are a lot of tea cups, glasses and bowls, as well as a kettle. There is a McDonald's downstairs, and there are restaurants and cake shops a few steps away. It is very close to Rer C and Line 14, which is convenient for going to tourist spots such as the Latin Quarter. Breakfast is 17 euros, a buffet, with bread, cake, pizza, ham, cheese, fruit, juice, dried fruit, and cereals. There is a coffee machine with rich flavors, which is suitable for a full meal before going out. If you want to eat cheaper, the McDonald's at the door and the nearby artist bakery are highly recommended.

Convenient location near the subway station

I stayed here once, and it basically has everything. It is close to the train station and the bus terminal. But you need to take a taxi to the train station. There is also a McDonald's downstairs, so food and accommodation are basically solved.

We had a double room, the space was a bit small, and the beds were just right for two. The other buffet breakfast and environment were OK. The price/performance ratio was good. And that area is said to be safe in Paris. There is also a supermarket nearby where you can buy a lot of things and make your own breakfast. There is a microwave in the room
