Great location as it is within walking distance to Gare du Nord and everything. Room is of OK size by Parisian standard, and we luck out by having a larger bathroom with a bathtub. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Everything was good except we could hear neighbors ~ The staff and service were really good 👍🏻. Also, the location was good because you have very close to the hotel, subway, supermarket and some nice restaurants.

I am deeply disappointed with this hotel in Paris. I booked this place from London in the middle of the night expecting it to book for the next day once I arrived in Paris. I booked right after midnight and did not see that they were selling me a room for this night that had passed. In about ten minutes I had my confirmation from Trip.com and once I read it, I realized that they sold me a reservation for the past night. I contacted them immediately and they called to hotel to change this night to the correct day when I arrived in that afternoon. Not 20 minuets had passed since I booked this and expected an easy adjustment. To my surprise they refused to cancel the two rooms I reserved. I asked the agent on what we can do. She said to check in the morning. I did and had the same result. A waste of over $300. Is business so bad that they need to steal my money? I was not even in Paris that night. I travel internationally for a living, and this will be the last Best Western Hotel I will ever stay at. If this is typical of how this company treats their customers, then I can only imagine what other disappointments this property would cause their customers. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

The staff were very kind, the room was very clean, and the amenities were plentiful! You may want to bring garbage bags (plastic bags), slippers, pajamas, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.

I rarely review hotels, but this is a very good hotel. They also gave us small gifts and helped us deal with many problems in a timely manner. We enjoyed the French sense of relaxation without rushing to leave the hotel.

The service is very good. The hygiene is very good. The breakfast is 12 euros and very rich. Eating on the streets of Paris is much more expensive. The location is very good, and most of the core attractions can be reached within three kilometers on foot.
