The comfortable apartment is clean and fully equipped with pots, plates, bowls, knives and forks, induction cooker, oven, oil, salt, vinegar and pepper. Bring your own slippers. The transportation is convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Line 7 subway. But the hotel itself is located in the middle of a walking path and is very quiet at night. There is a 1.8m double bed, a sofa bed, and a small balcony. It is roughly equivalent to a two-bedroom apartment of about 60 square meters in China. Our family of four stayed here for five nights and we were very comfortable and happy!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Pepper & Paper Apartments. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We love having the washer/dryer also. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the location is near lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

This place was great! Amenities, waking distance to a lot of small shops and restaurants. The only things we did not like were the shower head and the shower. The shower head was very dirty and smelled. The shower was clogged and would not drain. But when I talked to the front office they were kind and gave us a mop to clean up the water that over flowed. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the room, the bed, the area, the staff. A real pleasure to stay in such a lovely place for 5 days. Staff was excellent, room was very comfortable, clean, with nice decor details and the whole concept makes you feel at home.

Nice Aparthotel- lovely furniture etc-the rooms (Studio) are not bigger than a normal hotel room and you have to take care of garbage and dishes yourself, so i find it a bit overpriced, but still a good place in Paris. Loved the area.

Overall just OK. Very expensive for what we got.
The property was not very well finished - painted hinges, scuffs on walls etc.
Bathroom is far too small for an apartment hosting 5 people.
The safe was terrible - kept opening each time we locked it. Would spend upwards of 10 minutes each time putting the code in before it decided to stay locked. Wasn't safe.
Asked to leave the apartment keys with reception staff each time you leave as they only have 1 key per apartment. Suggest ion to management of making a spare key per apartment - people like holding onto their keys.
Reception staff were very friendly though and the location is good.
