The hotel room is very small, and you have to give the key to the front desk when you go out; there are many nightclubs nearby, which are open until early morning, so you need to pay attention to safety when going out; the front desk who works late at night until 7:00 in the morning is extremely difficult to communicate with, arrogant, and has a bad attitude. I also complained about the service; the taxi I booked was worried about being too late to catch the train and wanted to cancel and rebook. The attitude was extremely bad.

The property was very central with 5 mins walk to Champs Elysee, 2 mins to Metro. Staff were very courteous, and my room was super clean! We had an amazing stay!

the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good. The hotel room was little but I thinks it is normal in Paris. I was there for the news eve weekend. It was safe place, public transport near by and also shopping. Just 30min walking to Eiffel Tower actually … for those that like a little walk. I was with my teenage son and he likes also the hotel.

Very nice. Very clean. Smells great. Nice touches with afternoon tea. Great location. Lovely stay. Small but very nice room and good bed size and comfortable. Loved it. Recommend it! Would stay again when visiting! Thanks to the staff!

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It was so clean and beautifully designed. The service was impeccable and it felt very safe with 24 hour front desk staff & they kept your key each time you left. Complimentary tea time daily was a lovely touch as well. Their homemade crepes were delicious. I honestly feel it was the best hotel I have ever experienced! Hidden gem for sure and we loved exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again. Cannot recommend it enough! Tres Bien!

We stayed one night with two kids in a two-room junior suite at 4th floor with views to classic Paris rooftops and streets. Nice room design. Comfortable beds, great bath and shower accessories. Coffee and tea selections and full minibar in the rooms. Great variety of food for breakfast in the ground floor. Close to many shopping and dining options. Totally recommend!
