Everything was absolutely fine at the beginning
People are really nice, location was convenient, room was clean.
Except at the last day people trying to come in and check inventory of coffee and tea when i was still in the room and not checked out yet.
AND there were no hot water on that morning so i had to take a shower with cold water in a winter day. This was just not acceptable and when I complain about this they simply just told me it was happening in all rooms, and that was the worst answer.

Apart from the location, there's not much I would recommend about the hotel. Extremely old rooms and was not very clean. Housekeeping is definitely not thorough and there was a used hair tie left in the toilet. Sheets did not feel very clean either. This was a last minute booking, so the price definitely did not match up to the quality - which is nowhere close to 4 stars.

Very pleasant, helpful staff (being bi-lingual, I didn't check their English speaking abilities...), good service. The configuration of the hotel with small buildings around an open "passage" in a quiet street makes the rooms very quiet, in their own little universe. The proximity of three central metro lines makes it very easy to get anywhere. We stayed 10 days, and were very pleased with our choice.

It was my first time in Paris, and I was curious to know the people and their culture. Les Jardins du Marais gave me comfort, The staff's were great and welcoming. What I don't like is that breakfast is not included.

This is a very poorly run hotel with poorly trained, and inhospitable, staff. It's in a good location but our room was horribly overheated, poorly lit, and uncomfortable. It is overpriced. They claim to be 4 star but are at best a 2 star. It was our worst stay ever in Paris and in France out of dozens of trips. w Don't ruin a trip to Paris by staying here. You can find FAR better accomodations in the city.

My 16-year old Grandson and myself stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
The Reception personnel were very nice and we'd like to give a special shout-out to the young man Merveille Panghoud who was very helpful and such a professional, he made this old lady feel safe.
The hotel is well located which made it easy for us to walk around.
We will definitely come back and stay again when in Paris.

The location and property itself was excellent. Good room size for so central. A few indications that they have stopped paying attention. TVs in both rooms had not been enabled. So could not viewed. As well no rooms or public areas had USB ports for charging Post registration pre check in in mails and form were FAR to frequent and did not funtion. Boarded on threatening harrasment.
