Great locations! Very clean. Staffs are courteous and helpful. But there is no desk light which made some necessary tasks inconvenient. The main light of the room was not functional either. I mentioned to the staff but was told the following day or so that the supply of the particular bulb won't be coming in fast enough. We ended up with overall lighting of the room during our stay so if only that the property can boost its equipment and supply readiness a little more...

Booked a holiday for me and my family (wife and two young daughters, 7 and 10) and finding a hotel for us was a real challenge, as the prices were crazy! Eventually found the Five Hotel, which offered us a suite at a good price. Paris I have always found that if you try to go basic and cheap, you will end up regretting it, but the reviews for The Five Hotel were coming back good. Firstly, yes it is catered more for romantic get away for a weekend rather than families, but the pictures on the walls are not as burlesque as most reviewers make out, and being honest, did not feel awkward having my two young daughters there. It is maybe in a area that you would not consider to be central, but you are pretty close to all the action, and there is two separate Metro stations near by that can get you around (we did Euro Disney on our 2nd day, and were at the park in less than 50 minutes after leaving our hotel). We had arrived at CDG around 10:45pm, and there was line works happening at night, so we could not get as far as Gare De Nord (yet had the line been open, we could have got a direct train from CDG to Port Royal), so had to get a Bolt to take us from GDN to the hotel, which only cost us 13 Euros (Paris is a VERY good city for getting around with Bolt), and took about 20 minutes for us to get to the hotel. We were not actually staying in the main building, but across the street in one of the suites. Nice VERY spacious room, with two double beds and show, toilet, bathroom and kitchen facilities. Very quiet and got two good nights sleep. Staff are amazing and really do go that extra mile for you. Breakfast is not all that great, as there is not all that much space in the dining area, and the food on offer is not all that big, so you either need to be fast, or you will have to wait as fresh food is prepared. All in all, great boutique hotel that met all our needs, and we would certainly consider staying here again next time in Paris

Highly recommend! Yes the rooms are rather small but we certainly didn't go there to stay in the room. The bed was big and comfortable. It can be loud at night but that's the case pretty much anywhere since there are pubs and restaurants everywhere! Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was good enough for the size of the hotel and how much you paid for it! We did get ill by the end of the stay but I am not saying it was due to the hotel food. Although if other people report it I would be ware...

We had a wonderful stay at Five Boutique. Our room was small but very comfortable, and the efficient air conditioning was a real godsend. The neighborhood is on the Left Bank, but away from the usual crowd of tourists. Yet everything we wanted to see was only a short bus ride or Metro ride away. We found a wonderful local restaurant, Cafe Lilou, where we went daily for breakfast. (We had not planned for breakfast at the hotel, but might do so if we returned.) The staff was most helpful, particularly the woman who checked us in late on the night of our arrival--our flight was late. After having suffered through heat in the 30's (C) in Munich, we were thrilled with the air conditioning. We were quite comfortable. My one suggestion would be to put a simple chair in the rooms. An ottoman was provided, but it was insufficient to use for sitting at the table in the room. In short, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel is quaint and artistic in nature, but very clean and comfortable.

Our trip to Paris was amazing, the hotel location is great. I would never stay in it again, my charger was stolen from my room and the girl on the desk was not helpful in any way. There was no manager available and they would not ring anyone for me to enquire about my charger. The girls on the desk should not be working in the hotel and dealing with the public at all they are absolutely terrible. I believe the girl working overnight was named isabella she was still there this morning and was extremely rude and abusive towards my wife and was getting very aggressive towards us. Not to mention she was also not even sitting at the desk last night she was sitting in the eating area with a man when she was supposed to be working. She told me last night that a director would be in today to speak with and then this morning refused to call anyone for me. She was shouting and making threats towards us and the other girls were telling to her to calm down. She should never work in a hotel with the public again. All we wanted was to speak to a manager and looking for help we did not act any way aggressive or angry we just wanted to find our charger as it was gone from the room and this girl acted so nasty towards us as we left. We had to leave and get in our taxi without resolving this as she was acting so aggressive towards us. And when we asked for their names they all would not answer or even look at us. I only heard one of the girls calling the other isabella I believe. My wife left the hotel in tears, it's unacceptable behaviour from hotel staff when all we asked was to speak to a manager. My charger cost me €60 and is now gone and the only other people with access to the room were the hotel and it was taken by someone from your staff. I would recommend paris for everyone and I will be back but I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone as long as this girl is working there.

We booked here to stay whilst visiting Paris for the weekend, the hotel is a great location that is close to several metro links to get you to and from the city centre, the staff are very welcoming and can speak basic English, the hotel is clean and smells fresh! The room was reasonably priced and very spacious and the decor within the room was lovely!

Very Impressed with out stay at this hotel. We arrived a few hours early however the staff sorted us a room straight away and even upgraded us. The room size was fine for what we needed it for however without the upgrade to a deluxe room I'd be concerned about how tight the room would be. The room was clean and sorted for us each day. Only one cup provided and the shower cubicle was tight but the en suite space has been cleverly designed for an old Paris building. If you're a larger person you may struggle with the shower. Area was generally quiet with a quiet bar directly across the street and plenty of restaurants a short walk away. A good area to walk to the RER to get a train to the Airport and Metro stations are very close. Would stay here again if we visit Paris in the future.

We booked the suite, which was exceptionally big and plenty of room for my family. The decor was super unique and very cool. Great location with a lot to do within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the front desk person. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here agin.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The only down side was the rooms were a little small, but its Paris and if all youre doing is sleeping there is excellent. The breakfast selection was amazing and the front desk staff were unbeatable. Highly recommended.
