The cost performance was very good◎ The nearest station is different, but it is about 2 stops from Trocadero station, so it is about a 10-minute walk to the best spot to see the Eiffel Tower◎ I wanted to see the champagne flash, so I was worried about whether I would make the last train, so I stayed at this hotel, went there in my pajamas at night, and after seeing the champagne flash, I was able to walk back to the hotel without worrying about the last train! There is a supermarket nearby, so you can get water and snacks without any problems! However, the hotel itself is old, so the elevator is old, and you have to climb narrow stairs to get to the elevator, then use the narrow stairs to get to your room, so no matter which floor you are on, you will have to carry your carry-on bag up the stairs, so be prepared for that.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The feeling is like a bed and breakfast cozy hotel. The welcome the lady at the desk gave us was excellent. One of the day we stayed was raining and we didn’t have umbrellas . We asked her where we could buy one and she lend us two umbrellas. She went far and beyond what is expected. We had the breakfast they offered for 9 euro and it was fresh and delicious. My husband could smell the break being baked each morning. The room was so comfortable and the area quiet. No light came through at night with the black out drapes. The shower had great hot water and the hair dryer dried my hair fast. I only have great things to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. We were close by the Eiffel Tower and shops. We are taking a piece of Paris with us!

Older property, small rooms, no hair dryer, tea/coffee options or refrigerator in room. But close to attractions, transportation and suited our needs for short visit in Paris. Staff very nice and helpful.

We were exhausted from our flight and the wonderful front desk woman was able to get us in a room 3 hours ahead of check in! We were very grateful. It's walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. It's on a quiet street and our room was not in the main building, it was overlooking the central courtyard. It was cozy but not suffocating. My only complaint is that the bathroom smelled bad.

We were flying in to Paris Orly airport on the Friday evening and our flight was a little delayed. I knew we would arrive at the hotel late, and expected to arrive just before midnight so I emailed the hotel with the travel voucher the agent I booked with had sent months before to confirm we would be arriving late. The manager of the hotel answered my email and confirmed this was no problem and there would be someone there to check us in. We arrived at around 1am as there were some delays with public transport as well as the flight. When we arrived the night porter looked surprised and asked where we staying in the hotel and we confirmed we were. He said they were fully booked and could not find our booking. It turns out from speaking to the agent in the travel agency we used (trip.com via trivago) that the hotel did not take payment as instructed on the travel docket sent after booking and proceeded to cancel our booking, not telling either the agent or us when I queried a late check in earlier in the day that they had cancelled our booking. After a couple of hours in reception and on phone calls back and forth to the agent they found us another hotel in the city. Just as we were about to leave a man checked out in the middle of the night at after 3am. I asked the night porter had he checked out and was the room now available and he said yes but he was not a cleaner. He went up and gave the room a quick clean and changed the sheets which saved us having to go across the city to another hotel that late at night. The next day the agent paid the hotel in full for the two nights and discussed reimbursing us as they had effectively already been paid already for the room for the night by the person who checked out early and we didn't get our room until after 3:30am and it wasn't properly cleaned. The hotel refused them (I wasn't aware of this until later in the day when they called me) but at the same time were asking me to pay the tourist tax for Paris. In any case the rooms are very small, dated looking and overall the hotel isn't very nice. We actually found a dirty sock under the bed when checking out so it is arguable how well they cleaned the room even on the second day, and the carpet in the corners of the room and under the bed were dusty! It is in a nice location close to the Arc de Triumphe but apart from this our experience was awful. The main issue I have is the hotel gave our room away, accepted and got payment for our room from somebody else and then by pure chance in the middle of the night a room became available but yet they still expected full payment for us for both nights and refused any refund. All this while the only reason they didn't get paid is because the never took the money for the booking correctly as instructed. Secondary issue is they cancelled the booking without telling either us or the agent when I was in touch with them earlier in the day before arriving which would have given me time to sort out with the agen

Firstly, I'd say the hotel photos must be taken with a wide angle lens, in the very corner of the room, because my wife and I couldn't pass each other walking around the bed. Very small room. (Room 1) Second, after about 7am, the other residents in the complex that I assume live there, were wheeling bins around, talking loudly, and making a lot of noise. Third, the rooms are old, and fairly run down. Beds are pretty hard, the bathroom is one of those wet rooms that have no shower curtain, and the shower makes everything in there wet. There wasn't any soap or shower gel in the room. But more importantly, the hot taps did not have a high temperature safety device installed, so the hot water is scolding coming out of the wall, making the pipes burn your skin if you touch them. DO NOT LET YOU CHILDREN SHOWER ALONE. I'd say the hot water is around 85°C. That being said, the reception staff were helpful and kind. But this is €110 or so per night, and the location is great, so you can't expect much.

The hotel has the worst elevator system ever. It opens up mid way up the stairs on each floor. So you have to walk down the stairs after exiting the elevator and then close the door and walk up. Good luck with your luggage. Location is awesome. Rooms are decent. But the stairs and elevators are massive issue esp if you have a mid to large size bag.
