Hôtel Beauregard

The location is excellent, with views of the Eiffel Tower and many surrounding residential areas, making it safe and clean. There's daily housekeeping, and the front desk service is very friendly!

They put me in a room with a window facing a wall, so no Eiffel Tower view for me. For the first two days, they didn't take my key, but on the last day, they insisted I leave it at the front desk, even though I wanted to keep it. The front desk was very firm, so I left it. But when I came back around 10 PM, no one was at the front desk. I waited for over ten minutes and had to call them before someone showed up. The second-to-last morning, I found bed bugs on the bed. I told the front desk in the morning, and they said they'd check, but they seemed very disbelieving. However, I'm absolutely certain they were bed bugs. As soon as I found them, I immediately packed my suitcase and put it in the bathroom, then blasted it with hot air from a hairdryer. When I got back, I noticed the sheets hadn't been changed because the stained areas were still stained. The front desk didn't give me any feedback when I picked up my key. Housekeeping was done daily but very carelessly. On my last night, I slept with my clothes on and the lights on, feeling very anxious. Overall, the cleanliness and decor looked okay at first glance, but a closer look revealed the headboard and bathroom walls were quite dirty.
