Good location however 3 star at best. The shower is well placed but the toilet is opposite the head of the bed which is uncomfortable. The rest of the room is OK

I had a delightful stay at the Relais. Friendly staff, great location, spacious room compared to most Parisian rooms and good amenities. It was a very good value for the money I will return.

The hotel's decor is decent, but they're a bit stingy; they only provide one set of toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers, and charge extra for anything else. The location is convenient, and the service is okay, but the kitchen is too small, and the breakfast is average.

The location is excellent. It's right next to the Paris Opera. Conveniently located for both metro and bus services. Place Madeleine is also nearby. It's quiet, clean, and safe. The only downside is that our room didn't have a window.

Excellent value for money. Cleanliness inside and outside the room. The hotel gave us a room with a terrace, so we could have a cup of coffee in the morning on our terrace in the courtyard... gorgeous... coffee machine, kettle, free bottle of water. We even got decaf upon request without any problems. Usually, when you stay for one night, 3-4 star hotels "forget" to bring slippers and robes to your room... here they had everything... decent bathroom toiletries. Stylish room. The breakfast was excellent! You walk in and there are three tables... but they are full of food! Fish, meat appetizers, bacon, omelette, beans, mushrooms, potato pancakes... fruit, pastries, a gorgeous baguette and croissants with amazing apricot (and other) jams! Everything was prepared deliciously and with love... No heartburn... the hotel made the best impression. I definitely recommend it.
