The staff at this hotel were incredible - they were friendly, willing to help, and provided us with a map so that we could navigate the city. The room was a bit small but I believe that it is normal for Paris standards. The room was still very comfortable. There was an elevator which made it easy when it came to transporting our luggage. The hotel room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is minutes away from the metro station so it was easy to access the city of Paris. The only slight downside, attractions felt a bit far if one chooses to walk. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Having lost my passport and not been allowed to board my flight home, I had to book a last minute hotel on a Sunday evening. Hôtel du Plat d'Etain was great value for money in a central location. The room was spotlessly clean and newly fitted out. Great amenities in the room including a coffee maker with a range of different coffee capsules. The Japanese restaurant across the road provided a delicious and inexpensive meal.The bed was a little hard for my preference but would suit most people. Check in was smooth and staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The excellent breakfast was especially noteworthy.

Very convenient and central for areas of Paris the metro, buses and great to walk around. Staff are so helpful and kind. Overall had a great stay.

It was ok. Quite, the room was very small the pillows were flat as can be. It’s close to metro but to many guys just standing around was worrying to us also lots of *********** in the area around the metro in the evening.
