Convenient location near public transports, restaurantes and supermarkets Rooms (mattress, heating system, noise isolation), kitchen equipments and general room cleaning (smelly, and kitchen materials not properly washed) to be improved

Great hotel with perfect location. There's an underground station only 5 min walk from the hotel with great connections to all main places. Busy area but on night quite when you sleep. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

Bed were very confortable and the room quiet, so we add a very good sleep experience. The location was very good for us (a lot of nice places walkable from the hotel) and the staff very friendly. Value for money is decent for Paris standards.

The photos you see are not those of our Paris apartments which were extremely small and tight but it was adequate as we were not there during the day. The staff were amazing, bed was comfortable. Room was dark with view of building work, no noise.

Location was convenient but the rooms are quite dingy. WiFi is really poor. We had a top floor room and space was very limited due to sloping walls. Bathroom was tiny and shower was just a handset with a wall mount which didn’t work very well. More like youth hostel standard - I genuinely don’t understand the high review score

highly recommendable! newly renovated rooms!big rooms in all paris!thanks to Xavier salute to you he upgraded our room and the other younger guy unfortunately i dont remember his name!all the staff was has a smile on their face!keep it up guys!
