Great hotel in a very cute neighborhood, the room is small but it’s very clean our room was with a terrace.
Great staff at the reception, everyone is just so kind and helpful! Especially Fernando and Patrick!
I’ll definitely reserve this hotel again for my next visit in Paris.

As of February 22, 2024, this hotel's elevator is
broken. I had two large suitcases, so it was really difficult to carry them to my room on the third floor.
The heating was broken or not working, so there was a small hot air stove. It got pretty warm so it was fine, but I was surprised at first. There are many restaurants and Monoprix near the hotel, and the Opera House is within walking distance.
I was quite disappointed in the hotel's facilities, but the staff were really kind and I loved the service. I would like to meet the staff again when I go to Paris, but considering the hotel facilities, I am not sure whether I will return again.

Very good location, close to sights, metro stations, safe neighborhood. Breakfast is great, reception 24/7 ready to help and very kind. There are also groceries nearby, pubs, good nightlife. Room was comfortably but with a view to sacra cœur .
