The hotel location is very good, just few hundred metres walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe.
However, it's quite run down and I don't think it fullfils the criteria of a real 4 star hotel. Otherwise, we would not take the trouble to change hotel at last minute.
We reached at late night and were assigned a family room, the heating not functioning and room was cold.
Toilet was separated from shower room and there's no basin in the toilet, so you need to pass through all beds and make a turn to the shower, that's inconvenience.
Breakfast is simple, canteen is very small. We actually booked for 5 nights stay, but decided to check out after 1 night because we don't think the price we pre-paid worth the condition.
We need to give a big thank you to Miss Max at Trip.com, for her prompt coordination with the hotel and speedy processing of the refund, as well as fast confirmation of the new hotel we sourced - Hilton Paris La Défense, its price at Trip.com was also around $100 cheaper than another famous website.

Lovely stay at Montfleuri Hotel. Loved the location- down the road from Arc de Triumph and even able to stroll down to Trocadero. Staff were welcoming and accomodating with each interaction. Rooms well kept and refreshed daily. Merci beaucoup for your hospitality and service!

Spent 3 nights here with our children. Good size room (family room). Enjoyed having robes, slippers and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The hotel was well located with supermarkets and a bakery nearby. It is just a short stroll from the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. I would happily stay here again.

Location was amazing with a Metro nearby.
I booked the family room and it was comfortable for 4 people.
I guess one of the minor things I can complain about is that, for a 6 night stay, we only had water in the room when we arrived (Option to purchase, but surprising for an upscale hotel)

the staff in this hotel were horrible. not willing to help when asked for recommendations regarding restaurants or tours.
hotel was situated near shopping area so location was wonderful.
the staff made our stay there very forgettable. they need to train their staff because this has been the worst experience when it comes to hotel staff.
