Hotel Casimir Paris

This hotel is really great! The location is perfect, and the decor is lovely. The only minor issue is that if you don't air out the room, you might notice a slight new-decoration smell, and it can feel a bit stuffy.

The Executive room type is much more comfortable, and the room's renovation smell is also much better. I highly recommend choosing this room type.

City center, small room, nothing to do about it. They charged a 100 Euro deposit which is still pending on my account after 10 days, that's what I'm most unhappy about. The room was so small you could only sit on the bed, and there was no space to open a large suitcase, so be prepared for that. The upside is that on New Year's Eve, we could walk to and from the Arc de Triomphe. There was a coffee machine, which I really liked, and they even left a handwritten note with cookies and chocolates waiting for us.

For Paris, this hotel offers great value for money at its price point. This is my second time staying here, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. They even gave me recommendations for good food and attractions nearby. The hotel feels very new, possibly due to a recent renovation. On my first visit, there was a slight paint smell, but that was completely gone by my second stay. The location is excellent; there's a metro station and bus stop right outside, making it super convenient for getting around, especially for solo travelers. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity.
