You can get there by taking exit 5 of the Arc de Triomphe and walking for about 5 minutes. Very good location.
The room is very spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Paris. However, the carpets were not cleaned and were very dirty. Dusty.
I don't know whose fault it is, but on the day I first arrived, I made a reservation for 2 people, but they said it was reserved for 1 person. It's a double room and they didn't add breakfast, so what on earth is it that they don't let you in because they say it's a single person reservation? I showed them the reservation confirmation that I had made a reservation for 2 people and they let me in. Check-in staff with no flexibility at all.
Warm water came out well in the shower. There are L'Occitane amenities inside.
Elevator very very narrow. It gets crowded if one person brings a suitcase. Two people can ride. People with claustrophobia may not be able to board.

The location is the best. The breakfast area is small but has many varieties, which is great. The room facilities are okay. In a place where land is at a premium, it is understandable that the room is small. The service attitude is not bad, but the work is as fast as a snail. Especially after a long day, the door cannot be opened, so I can't give them good reviews. . I must mention the elevator. My husband and I had to hold our luggage tightly to fit it in. I weighed 96 pounds and my husband weighed 170 pounds.

An excellent boutique hotel within a three minute walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Close to bus and subway links meaning site seeing is a breeze. Our room was clean and tidy and the hotel even set up a spare bed for our daughter. Fantastic breakfast with a selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Paris

I stayed at this hotel while I attended a conference at the Palais de Congres. This hotel is an easy walk to the conference center, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and charming.

Great value for money - close to the arc, restaurants and metro, very friendly reception staff who were very knowledgeable on the local area and helped us with the metro system will definitely stay again if coming back to Paris!

The hotel itself is well situated near the arc de triomphe and about 10 mins walk to the champs elysees. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and even went out of their way to allow me an early check in with my toddler. It is a hotel i would gladly book again.

I liked my room, AC worked perfect, shower was excellent, towels and sheets really clean. No doubt I would be back here in another visit The person at the lobby was very helpful on questions, directions, etc and they kept our luggage after check out secure for a couple hours! Thank you

Very tiny room but good location, great breakfast and nice staff. Hairdryer doesn’t work. Room clean. Hotel quiet. Other than the hairdryer and size of the room (3 people), everything was great and can’t complain

Hotel Arc de Triomphe was a good stay for us. Eapecially so for couples. It is really near the Arc and also tbe metro station. It situated at a quiet road in sight which is a plus point for folks that need undisturb sleep at night. Definitely, will stay again when back to Paris.
