I didn't see any services or service personnel. There was no air conditioning or elevator. It was not suitable for the elderly and large luggage to go up and down the stairs.

We are really happy with our stay in Etienne Marcel street. We will come back with WS apartment because there are many equipments to cook. Very good shower and comfy bedding. The location is very good because we were in the center of Paris with many shops nearby

Hello. We were staying in Paris for few days. The view from the apartment was very nice, on the main street, very close to Louvre. Many of attractions you can see by foot however the bus stops are oposite the apartment. At the place you can find all stuff which you need. The beds are very comfortable.For sure we will visit you again. Best regards Karolina

perfect location perfect apartment with great interior (203 apartment) perfect summary how to get in the apartment Everything was clean Little bit noisy at night, but still we loved staying here No elevator so be ready to hang luggage to 3rd floor All in all, definitely recommend to stay here.

Decent room but very poorly soundproofed and very noisy street. Very noisy bathroom ventilation system. In addition, there is a problem with the boiler which is working at maximum, the room is overheated despite the radiators being cut off due to the boiling radiator pipes passing through the room. Catastrophic night, I strongly advise against it.

Excellent customer service. Clean and well placed accommodation. Too bad the apartment does not have double glazed windows. Rue Etienne Marcel is very busy, even at night. Much appreciated breakfast. Professional and punctual deliverer. I recommend +++

Good customer service, available on call. On the other hand, the apartment was not clean (crumbs, dust, smell in the toilets)... Breakfast is delivered in the form of groceries and is complete (orange juice, jam, baguette, butter, etc.)

I was supposed to stay 5 nights and only stayed one. The sofa bed is really of horrible quality. I felt all the springs. My stay was "refundable". But they didn't come into it. Every time I called it was impossible to speak with a manager. I have twice received emails telling me: "we tried to call you but you did not answer so here is our decision, etc..." But I never received a call. I was in apartment 201. The apartment is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The only pleasant room was the bathroom. In short, for me it was a very bad experience. For this price you might as well go to a hotel.
