the hotel concept is interesting but not my favorite, I don't like to sleep in non ironed bed cover, not just because of look but because ironing is killing bacteria.
Another chapter is about towels, they provide just few and you have to make request for additional , no toothbrush , toothpaste is provided, first time for a 4 stars hotel.
we liked the design , the restaurant , the silence and the employees .

The guys in the lobby are very good service when you need a taxi or a club coffee or whatever they will always give best suggestion or advisement

Very upset that while raining and had to go to a nearby hospital as they knew, they charged me 30 euros for the hotel’s umbrella which I left behind with them anyway

The location is near a metro station though quite far from everything else. The kitchen is open for your easy snacks or foods from outside.

Good hotel, with small but very well-structured room, excellent bathroom.

The bad part is that the hotel had in 2019, an afternoon breakfast with various items, croissants, cheeses, etc., which no longer exists.
There was soda, water, juice, but it's gone.
Just a coffee and cookies.
Polite employees, the service girls are great,
except for restaurant management.
We had an unpleasant episode with the management who came to question us and charge us for breakfast after 10:20 am, a time when breakfast had already finished, and there were only leftovers that were left by the guests, and which were no longer replaced. .
We told them that we weren't going to have breakfast, they said that it was no longer charged after 10:00 am and even so we were asked by the management to give the room number and charge.
In the end we were not charged, but it was not a pleasant experience.
