It was overall quite nice, no problem with safety or security in the area. The complex is also quite pretty with a garden in the middle. However, I’d have to say that cleanliness wasn’t the best. The sofa was visibly soiled and the shower was not the cleanest when I checked in, but it wasn’t too bad, though for the price I paid, it definitely should have been better. As there is no front desk like conventional hotels, everything goes through their customer service agents though WhatsApp. I felt it was a little troublesome, compared to a conventional front desk, but it works. And just as a note, as the room doesn’t get stocked with basic amenities, make sure to ask for them through the WhatsApp chat!

First and foremost, the Eiffel Tower is incredibly close, only about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation itself was clean, and the dishes and utensils were well-stocked. The self check-in system might be a hit or miss for some.

You can see the Eiffel Tower very closely from the rooftop. The rooftop is open from 9 AM to 6 PM. It was great to have a washing machine with a dryer function in the room, so I could do laundry. It's a perfect 10-minute walk to the Seine River. The room was really clean.

Stayed at My Maison Invalides for a business trip. Small but very nice room, nice little kitchen, good location. WARNING: There are no staff on site! This is a constant headache. Instead of a room key you will get a QR code. The QR codes often don't work. The lobby is a stream of frustrated people, locked out, unable to make the QR codes work. They desperately need to upgrade the system. But in the meantime, make sure you have data roaming on your phone or you're out of luck entirely. You cannot save the QR code on your phone as an image (won't work). The hotel will not share the wifi password in the lobby! So you must have constant data.

Great french style apartment, good location easy walk to metro, and walking distance to many attractions. The apartment also has good amenities with nice street view. Close to Effie tower with many shops and restaurants around. We had 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Very easy check in and access. Overall we are very happy with the stay and will stay here again.

Overall, it was quite good; the bedding was especially comfortable. The location is excellent. However, it's not suitable for guests traveling by car. Parking is a major inconvenience, as spaces outside are tight and the hotel doesn't offer its own parking. The self-service luggage storage was unattended, making the security of belongings feel purely dependent on luck. On my second night, I was assigned a ground floor room, which was a bit noisy.

I wish I found this place sooner! I was in a hotel prior to my stay at My Maison, but I was looking for a place with kitchen amenities and I found My Maison. This place is a gem! It has everything you need in the apartment. It’s a 2 minute walk to the closest metro, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and it’s in a lovely neighborhood (with less tourists which was refreshing) where I felt safe at night as a solo female traveler. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and the follow up service was exceptional. I highly recommended staying here. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, and families. I saw many different travelers during my stay here. I will be staying again next time I come to Paris.
