I am very satisfied with the hotel service. The sofa bed was laid in advance. The bedding is of five-star hotel standard. It is clean and tidy without dead corners. The kitchen utensils can meet the basic requirements of Chinese and Western food. Washing and drying are convenient, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet. Because it is inconvenient for us to bring large luggage to Lyon in the middle of the trip, we checked out and stored the luggage overnight. It was very convenient to return and check in again on the second day. I like the style of the hotel very much and will stay here again in the future. The full score is 5 points. The first time I stayed was the courtyard view on the first floor for 5 days and I was very satisfied. This time I returned from Lyon because I caught a flight early in the morning on the second day and stayed in room 023 on the second floor. The facilities are the same as those on the first floor. I am still quite satisfied. The sound of the washing machine is a little louder. If you need to make comments, it is recommended that the access control QR code scanning be more sensitive.

It's a great location for travelers. I've been staying here for 3 nights and 4 days and I've always felt that the location is really great. It's a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 10-minute walk to Champ de Mars, and the subway station is less than 2 minutes away:) I checked in when it was dark, but it was very convenient because it was self-check-in. I communicated via email and they reflected my requests well. Thanks to the luggage storage service, I was able to spend my last day without any worries. It was my first trip to Europe and Paris, and just like the name suggests, I felt like I was at home. All the kitchenware was in the room, so I used it well. By the way, slippers are not provided in the room. Even in the bathroom. I recommend bringing your own!

Overall it was OK, but I couldn't contact the hotel staff, and I couldn't get more coffee when I wanted to. I had to go out to buy coffee in the last two days.

I will stay here next time. I hope I can stay in a building with more than 2 floors next time.
