"Nice hotel, relatively small, room size was fine. Bathroom was spacious. Towels refreshed every day which was a plus. Important point! = even though there is a lift, you still have to walk 5 steps upwards to the floor. Just so you know. This was important for me as i was traveling with a disabled person. Amazing location with amazing cafes and a lot of good asian food around! I recommend; - Petit Bao (amazing chinese food, nice atmosphere and good prices). - APSARA Fabulous homemade banhmi by a colombian-chinese family."

Rochester Champs Elysees Paris Hotels in Paris

Rochester Champs Elysees Paris

"The room is really clean and nice but a little small, if you need the cleaning each day just need to mention that. the location is great just 4 minutes walk to champs Elyse, also one minute walk to metro station line 9, you can buy the t+ tickets and use the metro then if you want to go the outside the Paris like Versailles by the RER line which you need to buy another ticket. The breakfast was good, we didn’t book the room with breakfast but one day during the stay there we try to eat breakfast and pay 25 euros per each person. The room has one bottle of water for free. Also inside the room includes kettle, some coffee and tea. It makes a good staying in the Paris 👌"

Libertel Canal Saint Martin Hotels in Paris

Libertel Canal Saint Martin

"Can’t deny that this hotel has a huge advantage on location. It is right next to the metro with supermarkets and many shops and restos around. The canal Saint-Martin is lovely with boat-bars. Traveling to major attractions is very easy. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and fast. BUT, here comes the cons… we are a group of friends booking for 2 rooms for 4 nights. We chose Paris Comfort room with a balcony thinking that it would help with air refreshment and nice view. But this type of room comes with a lot of noise during the night. The non-stop sound of cars’ siren, drunk people yelling, even the early morning with meanies who just wanted to press the horn for fun to wake the whole street up. And we knew that these things were not the fault of the hotel. Just a pity that it would be a perfect place to stay if these didn’t happen !! Maybe other types of room might be better. The cleanliness can be improved but overall satisfied. Just first two days one of our rooms missing two small towels. And we also found some ants."

"Very small room, shower was nice and the water was warm and work good, tv with not many channels, but really tiny room! More than you can expect. The breakfast was good but the eggs was not looking well made. The pool is very small pay attention to the mirror that makes it bigger in the photos.."

Le Méridien Paris Arc De Triomphe ★★★★
"Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such. The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was a little challenging as the bathtub in the room was VERY high and required effort to get in and out. So ask for a room with a shower instead of bathtub if available because this can be an accessibility issue if that is important to you. Breakfast at the hotel is nice and varied. Also - the Wi-Fi at the hotel while perfectly serviceable for basic use cases, was a little bit slow for my business use case which required transferring some heavy files and so that took longer than I expected. But for basic emails, facetime calls, social media and such it was fine (around 10mbps up and down). The Bar and Lounge was also very good - with a nice selection of drinks and food to help you wind down after a long day at the conference. Service at the hotel was amazing - any time I had a question or needed help, staff was always happy to assist and always resolved all issues to my satisfaction. So all in all I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you have an event to attend at the nearby Palais de congress venue."

"Great location with easy access to the two metro stations, the room has all what you basically need except the slippers which most hotels I stayed tend to provide and the bath tub that is way too high to crawl in and out, resulting in injuring the back of my ankle when I hit the rock hard washing basin. Staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was very French but a little dull in variety of choices. Overall, it is still value for money for hotels in Paris."

"Nice hotel in term of room and cleanliness..but a little dissapointed as we book the room with Eiffel Tower view but as we stay at level 4, the view is not so great …would recommend other try get higher floor for better view…consider a 4/5 star hotel but there is nth done by the hotel for honeymoon celebration compared to other hotel that is much cheaper… Plus point : Rooftop has nice bar with good Eiffel Tower view"

Hotel Bastille Secret ★★
"Although there are minor details, you can tell the hotel is making a concerted effort to maintain the property. It's located in an area popular with young people, so there's noise from nearby pubs until the early morning. However, I booked knowing that this is typical for a lively, youthful area. If you're sensitive to noise, earplugs work wonders for a good night's sleep! The constant foot traffic actually makes it feel safer. Public transport is abundant, and it's easy to get around on foot. There are plenty of parks and sights to see. Dining, drinking, and shopping are all conveniently close by. The panini shop diagonally across the street is fantastic; the experienced gentleman who makes them creates paninis with perfect crispness and flavor. I've been to France about 20 times over the last 26 years, and I always make sure to have a panini, but these are truly exceptional. The kebabs and fries made by the younger gentleman were also delicious. I stayed in a room with a balcony on the 5th floor, which required climbing a few steps from the elevator to the room. Other reviews mentioned this, and I was prepared. I understood that given the building's structure, this was the only way to install the elevator. I imagine it would be challenging for older guests with large, fully packed suitcases (20kg+) during check-in and check-out. For everyday stays, it's not an issue at all. People say the elevator is small, but there are even smaller ones in other Paris hotels. The reception staff are very kind, even if you don't speak French. Sometimes, when there's a language barrier, you can really see people's true character. As someone who works in hotel management, specifically as an assistant manager in a 130-room city hotel, I'm always impressed by front desk staff who can offer such welcoming hospitality and respond to guests' needs with such dedication. The front desk team at Hotel Bastille Secret truly provided exceptional hospitality."
