COVID Update - IF Park City Mountain Resort closes the mountain due to the pandemic, or if the State of Utah implements a mandated traveler quarantine (thus effectively prohibiting travel) we will refund 100% of your booking! What we are doing to keep you SAFE: Our condo now has a Needle Point Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) system installed. NPBI systems flood the air in an HVAC system with millions of + and – ions, and much like Ozone, this produces instability where the ions want to attach themselves to particles and the resulting bond renders virus inactive. This technology also causes particles in the air that are to small for traditional filters to trap, to stick together and thus they are able to be trapped in filters. This technology has been shown to benefit those suffering from allergies and asthma. What really separates NPBI from the other air filtering options are: 1. It is safe to use in an occupied space (unlike Ozone). 2. It neutralizes VOC (odors) and 3. Provides good surface decontamination.
