__M1362749****The hotel's location is great, and the facilities are quite good. However, we arrived very early by plane, and our child desperately needed to sleep. We inquired at the front desk about paying for an early check-in, but were told no rooms were available. Our family ended up waiting around outside until past 10 AM. I then contacted Trip.com. I'm especially grateful to their customer service team who proactively reached out to the hotel. By around 11 AM, I received an email from the hotel, and they had even upgraded our room. This experience truly highlighted the advantages of booking through Trip.com.

Llsy97I had a wonderful stay at VE Hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s rest. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more welcoming.
The location is excellent — convenient to nearby shopping, dining, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. I also really appreciated the facilities; the pool and gym were well-maintained, and the breakfast spread had a good variety with both local and international options.
Overall, VE Hotel exceeded my expectations with its combination of comfort, service, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

ZZura KadershahRoom was spacious, clean and smells good. Walking distance to Jalan TAR and Masjid India. Friendly staff and checking in process was so smooth except only 1 receptionist at counter and it does took a long time. Literally you can hear sound from next door and couldnt get a proper sleep due to noise from next door.

Abit pricey compared to KL area but the is the only choice in Cheras area!
Room is small but equipped wif all amenities, staff was nice & polite . Check in was smooth .
Jz abit scary if u r a girl driving alone into the car park at level 7 .

AAnonymous UserCheck in/out was smooth. Staff all were friendly & pleasant. Informed them that it was for a birthday trip & they decorated the room & provided a complimentary cake. Room was spacious, clean & well maintained. All amenities were functioning such as the washer/dryer & microwave. Parking is free as well. Really enjoyed our stay here :)

GGuest UserWould have been a great place to stay if maintenance was well taken care off. The toilet bidets has a slight leak making the toilet floor wet at the corner, the toilet window curtain has fallen off. These should have been repaired before an opening the room for guests booking. Maybe the unit I received this time is bad unlike the other units I have rented.
