Experience was great, staff were great, they do let us know if we are late to check in, both check in and check out were pretty easy and the environment is pretty good and safe, overall it was a great experience

This hotel in Geelong is right in the city center, by the beach. It's super convenient. This morning, I saw a sky full of beautiful colors from my room's balcony, so I quickly headed downstairs and crossed the street to the beach. I ended up witnessing a stunning sunrise. The hotel staff are all really friendly. The room has everything you could need – a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel just like home. It was fantastic!

Great service and facilities. Clean and tidy. Pricing on in-house menu was a bit much for the serving size but food was lovely. All in all a nice stay.

Good stop over place in Geelong before travelling down to great ocean road. Location is near enough to the city center but away from the noise and crowd. Great burger joint right by the motel too. Lift provided to transport luggages upstairs to rooms.

Geelong is a must-go town on the Ocean Road, and it is also the departure point for taking a boat to Tasmania Island. The BEST WESTERN brand is similar to the domestic Atour positioning. The service facilities are above the average. Parking is free and the parking space is enough. The hotel is in a good location. The room is much larger than expected. There is a balcony.

The rooms are very good, with one large bed in one room and four bunk beds in the other. It can accommodate a family without being crowded. The living room is large, the kitchen is complete with basic tools, and the bathroom is very clean. There is also a swimming pool and children's play facilities in the garden. It's very close to the supermarket and convenient for shopping. In short, it is highly recommended to stop by car.

Nice and peaceful location. Room was cool even though it was a very hot day so it wasn’t necessary to use aircon. Awesome mattress to sleep on - not too hard or too soft, perfect! Plenty of power points to charge devices, located at bedside as well as by dining table. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Pokie gaming in the evening was fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Service at front desk was exceptional - very accommodating. Room was very disappointing. Dirty tissues left in room, air conditioner did not work and it was a hot afternoon/evening, bathroom fan didn't work - only 1 of the lights in the bathroom lights/heater worked. I didn't expect 5 start but I expected a lot more than that. Loved the location but needs alot more care taken with the rooms
