GGuest UserThere was a huge mixup with booking a room based on pics on Trip.com website vs what I ended up with upon arrival
Basically booked a jacuzzi room and got a plain room.
The hotel bent over backwards to try to accommodate me...as it was unavailable and they reduced my room rate for the first night and put me into the jacuzzi room the 2nd night without any higher charge either

GGuest UserFantastic for the price! The unit was clean with all the right amenities (blow dryer, clean towels, desk, working wifi). Welcomed by the fantastic owner and was so nice and welcoming. They had a dog that was super friendly but also barked a lot. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Would recommend. 4/5. Maybe would have preferred more lights.

GGuest UserRoom is clean and service was good. Location is close to the marina broadwalk. Hotel is a bit old but as long as it is clean I don't mind. Breakfast was good. Our stay was smooth in general.

Included breakfast very good Friday!! Scrambled eggs hot and well cooked, potato cubes well cooked and tasty
Breakfast Saturday okay, but not as good as Friday, cheese omelet..cool and uninspiring, potato wedges not completely cooked,
coffee both days very good

KKumarNaveenRoom is fine but seems old fashioned , bathroom is really good and big, facilities are not enough like as basic as water bottle is not available, over priced in comparison to other hotels available nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. There is a big shopping mall opposite, but there is no supermarket. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the St. Mary River. The other side of the river is the United States! The scenery is beautiful! The bed is a bit soft, but it is clean. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, milk, fruit, which is a good Western breakfast! It is also close to restaurants! I ate PHO, the taste is authentic!

Outside of the buildings and surrounding can be deceiving. It's facing the lake, unfortunately there's a big trailer blocking the view.
