GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay in Dec 2024. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with information about the area. The hotel has free parking and a decent size pool. There's a gym and facilities to do paid laundry. Breakfast was lovely with various options and the hosts there were awesome!. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the room itself was clean and fresh and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Kingston.

JJINCHAOThe room is about 28 square meters, two large beds, comfortable, clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively perfect, free Wi-Fi, staff service attitude is good, parking is open air parking lot, quite convenient. The variety of breakfast is ok, and it is quite satisfactory! PS: I encountered two hares on the grass next to the parking lot!

FFANGYINGThe front desk is very welcoming. I need to change a few coins and take a bus on weekdays. Most of them can help. The room was very spacious, the quilt was a bit thick, and the air conditioner had to be turned down at night to sleep or it would get hot. Wifi is free and works well, no problem watching videos. Free breakfast, in the door on the left side of the entrance door, is a large hall with several tables and chairs. Breakfast is very simple but nutrition is enough. Two types of bread slices, several types of bagels, three types of muffin cakes, three types of crispy cereals with milk, peeled white boiled eggs, cold milk, several cold juices, hot coffee, hot water, and bags The Quaker Instant Oatmeal comes in two flavors: apples and oranges, all of which are whole. There are several stations around, close to kingston center, only a few minutes walk, there is the bus terminal and several supermarkets, shopping and transportation are convenient. In short, the price is very high.

YYONGQINGMaybe we don't have enough credit rating on Ctrip.com, or the hotel doesn't trust Ctrip's users. We have received a deposit of 100 CAD (50 CAD/day). According to the Ctrip online, it will take 1-3 months to return. The amount of Xin’s loss is not big, otherwise I will delay my short-term investment.

GGuest UserUh, how to say it, worse than expected, although I have lived in this hotel before traveling abroad, it is still lower than expected. Health is general, service is not, the room feels nothing, the only good, parking is free. The front desk attitude is very good, typical Canadians, smiling.

GGuest UserIt was a nice stay at the place with good service.. I was there for 2 nights and there are fast food nearby so good location. There is a pool as well as a small gym!!

SSHIPUHastily rushed to stay, the overall is not bad. The location is on the main road, maybe the summer vacation price is high, and the next day's room is not available, only to find other hotels.
