QQianxibaobeiAn old wooden house with a dining room bar downstairs and guest rooms on the second floor. The classic suites selected have a bedroom and a living room. The living room sofa can be opened as a bed. The living room and kitchen are connected, and there are no doors or windows in the middle. It is open. Maybe we went a little early, sleeping at night is a bit cold, please open the store to increase the heating temperature, add more quilt cover.

GGuest UserThe Qiandao Lake cruise ship came back. I was too sleepy due to jet lag and didn’t want to drive a temporary hotel. The hotel is on the roadside. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. It is acceptable as a transit point from Montreal to Toronto, but it is not recommended. The surrounding environment is average. Maybe living in Kingston would be a better option.

GGuest UserSid, was extremely accomodating and understanding of our needs.
We were two couples that were spending the night in Gananoque and we were both very surprised at our accomodations. The rooms were very spacious and clean even right down to the shampoo and creams as they weren't the cheap stuff that you usually get in a hotel and what they had was Dove. We had adjoing rooms which was a pleasant surprise.
I would highly recommend to anybody that this place is one of the best places I have stayed at.
The food was very good and they had a great selection for a continental breakfast.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a pleasant experience.
Cleanliness:
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The microwave was dirty, and I found a stain in the fridge. Additionally, the hairdryer had a noticeable stain on it, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell of burnt food that lingered throughout the night, making the stay uncomfortable.
Overall:
While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the poor room cleanliness significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in housekeeping are essential.
