TThi Phuong LinhVery pretty and cosy home. The host is extremely welcoming with fruit, chocolate and drinks. It’s amazing and unexpected. We have had a wonderful holiday together. Our kids love the bunk bed and games in the basement.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is very big and the lady at the front desk is very nice! In addition, the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is of high standard, and there are outdoor hot springs and saunas. A very satisfying trip!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff was very nice and willing to answer questions and meet our needs (e.g. extra blankets as we felt cold during the rainy season). The room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel is nicely located and is very close to the restaurants, shops and the cable car station. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in, the front desk informed me that there was a room, and the other room information could not be found. I found it through the Trip.com platform and it was quickly solved. The after-sales service of Trip.com was still very powerful. The hotel exceeded expectations, the environment is beautiful, and I will come again if I have a chance.
