Great
HHoiChingWThe front desk staff has a good attitude, the hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean, tidy and beautiful, the comfort level is very high, there is a separate kitchen for cooking, the space is very large and there is enough space for activities
WWoshimaijiyaYou can stay at a hotel owned by Marriott with confidence
The decoration is very new and the facilities are also good
There's also breakfast, eggs, bacon, milk
The price is also moderate and the price/performance ratio is very high. If you stay in a hotel like this in Toronto, it would cost double the price.
NNanianhynhThe room was very clean, especially the bed and mattress were super comfortable. The hotel is not big, but the service is very good, the facilities are complete, small and beautiful. I was worried about the Holiday Inn because I booked Marriott in Toronto a few days ago, but it is much better than Marriott. I couldn't sleep well in Marriott for three days because the bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The water in the shower is also quite big, and it feels like home and very warm. I highly recommend it
MM237111****Located in downtown Barrie, there are many restaurants and an Asian supermarket nearby. It’s also very close to the lakeside and the GO Train station. I stayed here twice because it’s hard to find such a cost-effective, clean, and comfortable hotel in Toronto. Many hotels in the Toronto area don’t allow you to open the windows, but here you can enjoy fresh air. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.❤️
GGuest UserWas overall good, but the heater in my room had a ticking sound that kept going off the middle of the night and we had trouble sleeping. Made a comment about it in the morning and didn’t seem like the front desk was going to do anything about it.
RRick HardyAll fine, except in advance I asked for a earlier check in than 3:00pm. Was hoping to get in for 2:00pm. I got told on arrival no rooms ready yet.
Seems funny that since check out time is 11:00am at the latest, no rooms would be ready until 3:00pm.
Besides everyone does not wait to 11:am to check out out. Others trying to check in also told same thing.
I even did advance check in day prior on line like they asked for.
I was told check back in at 2:30pm maybe a room would be ready.
Maybe hotel has magic room cleaners who clean all rooms at once just before 3.00pm.
Does seem they are lacking in service help or bad system.
May not go back in future.
SSHAORONGBreakfast in the hotel I stayed in Canada was relatively good. There are many varieties of yogurt for breakfast, as well as several types of bread and hot tea. It may be late, no fruit can be found, the hotel room is relatively large, and the mattress is thick. Shower gel shampoo
GGuest UserGreat location to stay with hood food and service.
Do not book there through trip.com as they advised trip.Com piggy backs on other companies and gives you good rates but not for the upper quality room you supposedly book. We were advised the Inn was trying to get away from trip.Com so customers and them are not caught by this issue and trip.Com then does not receive calls in English to review this with them.
GGuest UserThe service was very friendly and quick. Hotel room was spacious and clean. The only thing was the people who had a room above us sounded like they were pacing the floors all the way through the night (4am!) , but that is not the hotels fault though.
Overall our stay was enjoyable.
GGuest UserWhen checking the hotel amenities before booking, it indicates that there is an elevator and a snack/bar deli on premises. I did not see either of these. We were fortunate to be on the ground floor, however friends were booked on second floor but fortunately were able to change rooms.
