GGuest UserStaying for two nights was so relaxing!
The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head.
Our butler service was very warm and attentive.
I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated.
We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package – you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, with two 135cm beds and a generously sized bathroom. The lake view was expansive, featuring mountains in the distance, boats nearby, and even high-speed trains and a highway in between. The service from both the front desk and the executive lounge was excellent, especially Vivi's welcoming and attentive arrangements which made us feel right at home. Breakfast was incredibly varied, with both Chinese stir-fries and noodles being of high quality. I particularly enjoyed the small wontons; the alkaline dough wrappers were a definite highlight.

GGuest UserThe highest-priced hotels in Oriental Salt Lake City, several others have not lived in and cannot be compared horizontally.
Facilities: All hotels in the scenic area have to park to the hotel's dedicated parking lot to the hotel center after check-in and then take the shuttle bus to the hotel, the whole process is slightly inconvenient. However, the hotel is the best location in the scenic area. It is very convenient to watch the performance and visit the scenic area. It takes a few minutes to walk to the core area. Hotel facilities should have some, live very comfortable, that is, the wooden structure is not very soundproof, if you are not lucky, the next door is noisy, it will be uncomfortable.
Hygienic: The room is good, clean and tidy, and there is no problem with public area hygiene.
Environment: The hotel environment is very good, the building and the scenic spot are very good, there is a more atmosphere, the hotel location is quiet, although it is very close to the core area of the scenic spot, but it will not feel noisy in the hotel.
Service: The hotel service is good during the stay, the only thing is that some links of leaving the store are more procrastinating
To sum up, if the budget is enough, and there is a need for multiple days to play or overnight in the Oriental Salt Lake City Scenic Area, Yanquan Hanguan Hotel is worth recommending

SSumaaaa._I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud.
I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding.
Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful.
The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime.
This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

Wwfo0322862Booked the economical Bestay Express, which is actually in the same building as Jinjiang Inn, with unified management and service, but Bestay Express is on the 2nd floor, while Jinjiang Inn is on a higher floor and needs to swipe a card to take the elevator. Although the room is not big, it has all the necessary facilities, and even has a shared laundry room. I bought breakfast at the front desk, which is very affordable at 10 yuan per person. There are porridge, side dishes, buns, milk, bread, and vegetables, which is very worthwhile! There are some snack bars and small restaurants in the residential area about a 5-minute walk away. The bus station is also about five minutes away. Overall, it is highly recommended, clean and economical accommodation.

Cleanliness: Fairly good. Always bring your own alcohol wipes and other items to clean up after going out. Bedding was immaculate.
Service: From the front desk check-in to the floor cleaning, I was very satisfied.
Environment: While unassuming on the outside, the interior is absolutely stunning! The elevator card swipe is reassuring.
I didn't expect the included breakfast. While not very substantial, the eggs and porridge were generally satisfactory.
