PPayamThe hotel was very crowded. However it was clean. One issue that I faced was the sockets which was new sockets (Chinese sockets not suitable for the round plugs) and I couldn’t charge my laptop. However, the receptionist helped me bu providing me a converter.

MM454444****The room was very nice, clean and spacious, and the front desk lady was very nice and made people feel kind. Congee and buns are also provided in the lobby at night. You can drink some cushions during the busy day back to the hotel and other takeaways. In short, it is a very good and humane store, it is recommended

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, handling all the formalities efficiently and professionally, and even proactively upgraded our room – a delightful surprise! The room design was both modern and practical, with breathtaking city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to enjoy a long-awaited deep sleep. The bathroom featured a thoughtful separation of wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were from high-end brands, showcasing quality in every detail. Special praise for the 24-hour room service; they responded incredibly quickly when I needed an extra pillow in the middle of the night. The breakfast was plentiful, offering both authentic local snacks and classic Western options, and the open kitchen allowed us to see the chefs preparing the food, ensuring maximum freshness!
