The hotel service was so-so. The front desk staff were rather inflexible. After staying two nights, my key card stopped working on the second day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed. The door lock also broke that night, thankfully it was fixed in time, but it was still a bit of a hassle. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate at all three hotel restaurants. I'm not picky, but the food was all pretty good, and the portions were huge – three people couldn't finish four dishes! The hotel pool was only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for those who aren't good swimmers. The staff recommended renting a swim ring for 20 yuan. The pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was okay. Overall, in terms of service, the Mercure next door was better. Because the food was served late, they even gave my child a complimentary steamed egg. I didn't mind the egg, but it made me feel respected!

We stayed here during the May Day holiday. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, so the shuttle service was very smooth, and check-in was prompt. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary fruit. We had children with us, and the staff were very friendly towards them, which was a big plus. The kids also enjoyed the hotel's activities – everything was great. I do have a few minor suggestions: When checking in with children, it would be helpful to proactively ask if they need kids' toiletries and slippers, rather than waiting for guests to request them. The mosquito repellent in our room was nearly empty, and despite calling twice, it was never delivered. Also, there was no information provided about the hotel's facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own.

This price is very affordable, with pull-out reading lights, night sensor lights under the bed, heated toilets, automatic flushing, very user-friendly. The buffet breakfast is rich, but the milk is a little cold.

The hotel is located in the commercial street, the environment is good, the green value is good, the room is small and exquisite. The lobby is far from the place to live, breakfast is eaten outside the noodle store, farther. The downside is that the hotel's service needs to be improved. We arrived at the hotel at about 1:30 pm that day. There was a room that had not been cleaned. We said that WeChat was good for me, but we wandered outside and waited for three hours. When we asked the room in the lobby, they remembered to put it in our room. Speechless, no good feeling

This is the Nth time I have stayed here. The service attitude of the hotel is super good. They welcome you warmly as soon as you enter the door. The key is that the ladies at the front desk are so gentle. I have stayed in several hotels and I think this hotel has the best service attitude. The rooms are spacious, bright and upscale. I would like to thank the lady at the front desk especially. When I checked in, I forgot to take the facial cleanser when I checked out the next day. She contacted me and gave me the address. They sent it to me by Yunda Express for free. I gave the money to the front desk manager, but he didn't want to accept it. He was really enthusiastic!

The room is very big and clean. The hair dryer is from Xiaomi. The facilities are very complete. It is very comfortable to live in. I heard that the Shanyu room we stayed in is a 10-year-old room. The hotel service is also very good. We provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from the lobby. Fortunately, we met the driver, Master Yu, several times. The master was very enthusiastic in introducing us to the surrounding area, and even spotted wild deer in the distance with his sharp eyes! So happy. When we started chatting, the master also performed a ventriloquist performance for us. The calls of magpies and various birds came randomly, which was particularly powerful. The forest park is large and clean, with a very good ecology. There are many wild animals such as magpies, egrets, and peacocks. I don't know if it is due to the tree species or because it is well maintained. There are no bugs and the facilities are also well maintained. The food was relatively small, but the taste was okay. The old fisherman's food was quite delicious. Although the seasoning was normal, the seafood was very fresh. I had a lot of fun and will bring my friends next time!

We took the kids to Tiaozini and chose this hotel. They had a tide chart posted at the entrance. The rooms were pretty good, and there was a small children's playground near the stairs on the second floor. However, it was quite crowded during the May Day holiday; it seemed like one family had booked several rooms, making the hallway a bit noisy at night.

The stay experience was particularly good, the hotel was strategically located, the travel was very convenient, the rooms were spotless, the lighting and ventilation were good, and the bedding was comfortable. I slept very peacefully at night, the staff was friendly, the response was timely, the service was meticulous and intimate, and the supporting facilities were perfect. Full of cost performance, highly recommended to everyone.
