The front desk lady was very nice, because the stay was a bit late, and as soon as I walked into the front desk, I asked the young lady where I had a small bottle of oxygen to buy. Miss sister asked me if I was high, and there was uncomfortable. When I knew it was high, I immediately took the bottle of oxygen and gave it to me first. I also asked the boss to help open the bottle and teach it to use. Then let me sit down slowly and give hot water. Then check in. Thank you very much Miss Sister and the boss! I feel very warm ❤️

After booking, I found that the room did not have air conditioning. I thought there was no heating either. After checking in, I did not expect that it was floor heating. A ******* brother at the front desk was very welcoming. Parking was also very convenient. It might be the off-season. There were not many people in the hotel, so there were not many breakfast varieties.

這是我們一路旅行遇到的最暖心服務、最美的服務生、最熱情的接待！ 網上訂了房，來到酒店。一進大堂一位美麗的藏族女孩馬上出來迎接我們，並幫我們安排停車、提東西。辦好入住手續，她和另一個女孩幫我們往房間提行李和雜物，不讓我們拎一件東西。她温柔告訴我們，這裏的海拔高，怕你們不適合，慢慢走，不能累着，一切交給我們做，若有不適，到我這來免費吸氧……，一路的疲勞，被她們的温暖感動得一點都不累了。衹是停車位置有點小，房間的衞生和設施也算是性價比高的了。

剛察縣來過好幾次，住過好幾家酒、這次算是找到了心儀的住宿， 酒店地理位置優越，出行很方便。房間寬敞明亮，打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適。工作人員態度友善，響應及時，服務貼心。整體體驗遠超預期，住得特別舒心，值得推薦給大家。  整體環境雅緻，公共區域打理得乾淨有序。客房設施嶄新完好，洗漱用品品質不錯，熱水、網絡都很穩定。帶餐飲，帶團過來的吃飯都挺方便，前台服務和老闆人特好，耐心細緻，入住退房流程快捷，是一次很愉快的入住體驗。價格實惠，硬件設施不輸高檔酒店，衞生、服務都在線，花得很值，性價比拉滿。。環境安靜不嘈雜，服務細緻周到，還有專門的健身器材，無論是出行還是休息都很合適，這次入住體驗特別拉滿，已經列入回購清單啦。
