A somewhat remote but beautiful little hotel located behind a maracuja plantation. The owner is very warm and welcoming; for foreigners, we recommend using translation apps. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. Each room has windows overlooking the garden, which is planted with great attention to detail. In the garden is also a dining area where we could sit and eat comfortably in the evenings. In the morning, we were served a variety of dishes. Dinner was prepared for us by the owner himself, and it was excellent! We highly recommend eating there. As mentioned, the hotel is a bit remote, but with your own car or a Didi, you can easily explore the surrounding sights from there.

Aiwen158The room was very clean, and their gym is finally open, which is great. I had a small issue, but the housekeeping staff resolved it promptly and effectively. There are still many small details to improve, and I hope this place can become more like Wanda (a popular hotel chain/brand) in the future.

Very bad experience from some of the members of the service.
I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu.
Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro.
2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work.
The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru
I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody

Guest UserThe hotel boasts a prime location with excellent accessibility. The spacious floors offer comfortable views, and the clean and tidy rooms are well-maintained. The service is warm and welcoming, and the rooms even include a refrigerator and washing machine, making it ideal for business travelers. The warm color scheme creates a cozy atmosphere, and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

ShigexiaojinglingStaying here was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious and bright, with sunlight streaming in freely. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and being surrounded by greenery was incredibly relaxing. PeterJAshtonI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend and consider staying again in the future.
I visited Ganzhou to see an old friend, who had warned me that the city does not see many (if any) foreign tourists, and indeed the hotel staff seemed a little concerned at our language barrier (regrettably, my Chinese is still very poor) and that I might struggle to communicate if there were any problems. Despite this, we were able to understand each other through the use of translation software, and they were very courteous and kind in my brief dealings with them.
The room was extremely spacious, clean, comfortable, and luxurious, with free snacks and drinks replenished daily. I would have liked to have spent much longer at this hotel because the room was so nice. The lobby area was similarly clean and beautiful with a pleasant ambience.
As for the location, I was escorted everywhere by a friend who lives in Ganzhou, so I cannot say for certain how centrally located the hotel is. However, Ganzhou does not have a subway to begin with, so DiDi (taxi) is the best option for getting around regardless of where you are, and as such I do not think it really matters. I was satisfied with the location. I think it took about 20-30 minutes by taxi to reach the train station, and maybe about the same to reach some larger attractions of the city, such as the old town and the shopping mall.
In conclusion, while I do not think the hotel (or the city as a whole) has much experience with foreign, non-Chinese-speaking travellers, I was very warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay. I definitely anticipate staying here again if I return to Ganzhou in the future, and would recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in this city!! I'll work on my Chinese in preparation for my next visit!

We decided to upgrade to a ground floor suite and it was the best decision. The suite was bright and spacious with a private terrace overlooking the lake from which you got a spectacular view of the neighbouring Bajing park and bridge as well as an islet with a tree full of white egrets. The suite had both a bathtub and separate shower and a cosy niche with a circular bay window for enjoying one's tea. The grounds and public areas of this hotel were immaculate, and one can't help but be impressed by the cleaners constantly sweeping up every last leaf in the courtyards. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist who retrieved our laundry when we were out, to the lady owner who greeted us in the street and offered helpful suggestions for sightseeing, to the kitchen staff who tried their best to adjust to our western taste at breakfast. The hotel had a superb location on historic Bajing Street which was full of quirky shops selling antiques and folk crafts. The Song Dynasty cultural village, the Bajing Pavilion, the ancient city walls and the pontoon bridge were all within easy walking distance.

ChangluojiguangThis stay experience is really very satisfactory! From the warm and professional reception at the front desk when checking in, to the meticulous cleaning of the room service staff, every employee has shown a very high service level. Special thanks to colleagues in the concierge department, not only helped us solve the luggage problem, but also recommended the surrounding food. The rooms are clean and tidy, well equipped and comfortable. When encountering problems, the staff can always respond quickly and solve them properly. The overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, making people feel at home. I will definitely choose here next time, highly recommended! ?

I cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.
