The hotel is so large and has been open for a long time; the equipment should be gradually replaced and updated. The air conditioner is old, noisy, and can't be adjusted manually. The quality and variety of breakfast have declined rapidly. The service was rather curt. It's summer, and everyone needs plenty of water, but the hotel only provides regular bottled water. I called around 8 PM to request delivery, they promised, but no one delivered it. More than an hour later, I went to the front desk to ask why. They told me they only provide two bottles a day, and any more would cost 5 yuan per bottle. I asked, ”What kind of bottled water is that expensive?” Does the hotel not make its profit from bottled water? They later agreed to deliver one bottle, but it still hadn't arrived by 10 PM. I called the front desk again, and they said it had been delivered. I said, ”If it's delivered, why would I need to call?” The front desk then told me to contact the delivery department. Does the hotel really need its own staff to handle internal issues? This is the first time I've ever been so annoyed! Of course, I understand that hotels have their rules, but they can't be unrealistic. In summer, when people drink more water, there should be adjustments or measures in place (I don't know if the hotel has such a rule; if so, it might be for cost management convenience). However, if this affects customer needs or leaves customers with no choice, I believe the hotel isn't trying to sell bottled water, and customers aren't asking for more.
