乾淨整潔，物品齊全。朝東北方向一側近廣場舞，最晚21:00，關窗可緩解，床比較軟。衞生間有頂噴，無明顯異味，熱水快，毛巾老舊，用不上就無所謂，水管聲音比較明顯。停車場為隔壁小區，晚上車位較緊張。周邊生活氣息濃厚。
