GGuest UserOn the night of check-in, I bought food at the vending machine on the seventh floor. After the payment was completed, I didn't ship it. I called the screen prompt number and the background number. No one answered, so I took a photo and went back to the room. When I checked out the next day, I told the front desk on duty and showed the photos. The front desk (quality) asked me why I didn't find it at 12 o'clock last night (midnight), and why I didn't find it this morning (I was sleeping late). In the afternoon, the front desk sent WeChat to say that the staff had been there, and there was no stuck goods on the machine, and I could not refund the compensation.
Okok, I don't want 🙃
In addition, Trip.com , why is the name of this hotel registered on your platform inconsistent with the name on the spot?

GGuest UserThere is a bus stop downstairs, there are more food stalls nearby at night, and it is very convenient to eat. The proprietress is a local who is very enthusiastic and the room hygiene is in place.

GGuest User離荷花盪景區很近，出門走五分鐘就到了。但是因為靠着湖，比較潮濕，一開始給的房間有點發黴，跟前台協商後調換了。後來的房間電視也看不了，檢測不到信號，來人修了，也沒修好。酒店周圍沒有商店，要買東西最近是到一公里之外的橫鎮集市，也衹有幾家小店鋪超市，離金湖縣城40公里，來回很不方便。總的來説，這個酒店很大，到周邊配套的消費服務，暫時還沒跟上，體驗不是很好。
