Jinzhou Hotels with Parking

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

Good location, just opposite the train station, next to the long-distance passenger station, it is very convenient to go to Yixian and Bijia Mountain. It is in the business building of the Blue Sky Building. There is a dedicated elevator. The elevator is broken when you come back at night. It is quite scary to go up from the freight elevator. The toilet pad needs to be paid 3 yuan at your own expense. It feels very bad. The sewer in the shower room is not smooth.

The facilities are outdated. The sink right at the entrance is a bit cramped. The cleanliness of the bedsheets needs to be improved. There were hairs from other guests...

Environment: The environment is very good, the public areas are very clean. Hygienic: cleaning is very timely, disposable supplies are replaced in a timely manner, and the beds are made every day, and the experience is very good. Facilities: The gym laundry room is all available, which is very convenient. Service: The service is very warm. first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible.

Booked this for my dad. Driving back in Jinzhou was a great way to experience the local culture. The hotel is a little far from the bustling area, but the quality of Jinjiang Inn is undeniable. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

The service is good. It is near the university. There are many snack shops downstairs. It is very convenient. Bus 135 is not far away. It is very convenient to go to the night market. The room is clean. I have finished talking about the good things. Let me talk about the bad things! ! ! ! The most basic sleeping in the hotel is impossible! There is a sewer pipe above my head. The sound of flushing every few minutes. The sound of knocking on the door and calling people in the middle of the night when ordering takeout in the next room can be heard clearly. I couldn't sleep well for a few minutes at night. It felt like I was sleeping on a big bunk bed. The environment in the room was wasted!

A very satisfying stay. The location is close to the two night markets of Linghe and Guta. You can go there to taste after 5pm. The guest room is very large, especially the bed for people to rest, which is very comfortable to sleep on. The girl at the front desk and the room attendant are very enthusiastic.
