However, the front desk staff are very unprofessional and seem to have no training. I booked a standard room for two people, but they only gave me one room key. When my family went to get breakfast, the room had no electricity, and the toilet couldn't be flushed after use. How embarrassing! When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk, but they kept making excuses, saying they only gave one room key, and their attitude was extremely poor. I had no choice but to give them a bad review. For a hotel that has invested so much, can't they provide systematic training for their front desk staff? Also, they require a deposit. What era are we living in? Still requiring a deposit? 🤭
