MM16331****Taking my parents to Yunnan by car, it was the highest expectations and I didn't expect it to be the most disappointing night. I specially drove dozens of kilometers to Banglazhang to experience the hot springs, but the experience was very bad.
The whole environment decoration of the hotel can be said to be quite good, the service is also very warm, but I personally think that the hotel has not been debugging and adjustment completed, and it is not suitable for pick-up and business.
1. The hot spring facilities are still not ready, the night of the stay is still repaired, the water temperature is very low, and it is barely bubbled at 10 o'clock. The parents have some cold symptoms the next day;
2, the bath water pressure is very small, the water temperature is not high, people are not hot to wash;
3. There is no heating facilities in the room, and the central air conditioner has not been installed. It can be heated by a radiator. There is local heating. The whole family suite cannot be fully satisfied. It is also the possible reason for the family to have cold symptoms.
4, intelligent control switch is very chaotic, switch curtains switch lights are messy, live very bad;
5, family suites with 2 sets of bath towels, slippers, bathrobes, unreasonable;
...
The staff are very simple, patiently listen, and often apologize.
Hopefully these issues can be resolved as soon as possible and managed well.
