GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and decorated very warmly. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night. The room was very well-equipped; besides the TV, air conditioning, and kettle, even USB charging ports were conveniently provided—so convenient for someone like me who always forgets their charger when traveling! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful, with a variety of Chinese and Western options. I especially loved their freshly cooked rice noodles; the broth was delicious, and with the meat sauce and pickled vegetables, every bite was pure bliss. There was also fresh fruit and yogurt, a perfectly balanced meal that gave me plenty of energy to start my day.

Hygiene: Bedding and items are clean and tidy.
Environment: The river view room is very close to the Nujiang River. There is a special restaurant district ”Nujiang West Bank” near the river. It is in a good location and is very convenient for dining. There is also a riverside plank road, which is a good place for a leisurely walk after dinner.
Service: The front desk was very warm and considerate, and the room was upgraded for free. Later, I was told that the bathroom water was not flowing smoothly, and they immediately changed the room. The service was in place in a timely manner.

The location is good, the surrounding food, entertainment, and hanging out are very convenient, and the price is super high. This stay, because of work needs, I checked out at 15:30 pm, but the hotel confiscated my hourly room rate. I thought it was the hotel that forgot, and later I confirmed with the front desk. The front desk said that the hotel owner specially told: it is inevitable that guests check out late, and there is no charge for check-out before 15:30 in the afternoon. It really makes my stay comfortable and at ease. Will stay next time! ! ! Five-star praise sent! ! !

GGuest UserThe hotel service was very welcoming, the environment was nice, the front desk staff were attentive and professional, the rooms were clean and tidy, parking was convenient, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. I chose this hotel because it's very close to the Pioneer Bookstore.

YYouliyoumiandegunainaiThe hotel's main entrance is at the back of the building. There are not many ground parking spaces, but there is an underground parking lot. No matter it is the lobby receptionist or the breakfast receptionist, there is no greeting and no smile. The breakfast variety does not match the hotel's star rating at all, and is not as good as a budget hotel. I booked two rooms, but they ended up being one in the south and one in the north, one large and one small. It was marked as away from the elevator, but it was right at the elevator entrance. What I want to complain about the most is that the bathroom door sill is protruding, and I tripped twice while wearing disposable slippers.

The front desk has a good attitude, good cleaning service, good hygiene, large rooms, comfortable beds and parking. Walking to several nearby scenic spots, downstairs is the pedestrian street, there is KFC, very good! ! !

GGuest UserThe room facilities are complete and the design is reasonable. The front desk lady patiently introduces the surrounding environment. You can see the Nujiang Grand Canyon light brand after a few steps to the river at night. The room is soundproofed, but quiet at night. The riverside commercial street is nearby. There are many restaurants. In short, The hotel's price/performance ratio exceeded expectations!

ZZhushudejianshouqingThe insect control is terrible! The location is by the river, surrounded by lush vegetation, but the windows don't have screens, just curtains, which offer absolutely no protection against insects. Also, the door has no threshold or bottom strip; the 5-8mm gap at the bottom allows insects to easily enter and exit. I was woken up in the middle of the night by strange noises, and when I got up, I found a 5cm cockroach! I was furious!
