GGuest UserI was curious about this hotel, established in 1969, and how it's maintained to this day. It's centrally located in the old town, and the price wasn't inflated for the May Day holiday, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to many small details. Some of the good details, in my opinion, include: 1. Individually packaged towels (gives a strong impression of cleanliness). 2. Laundry detergent (many hotels don't provide this, but it's very thoughtful for travelers who wash socks and clothes! While shower gel can be a substitute, it's just not the same). 3. Welcome snacks (the beef jerky was delicious!). 4. Absolutely no strange odors upon entering the room. 5. Automatic constant temperature toilet seat. Details that could use an upgrade: 1. The quilt had a strong disinfectant smell. If I come back to Nanning, I'd definitely stay here again. It's not far from the train station, and just one subway stop away from the popular Sanjie Liangxiang commercial area.

TThe SergeyI think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

LlynecottonLet's get straight to the point. Regarding this hotel, from a family travel perspective, I do not recommend it. Families with children should probably avoid it. Reason one: Children aged 6 and above are charged half price for breakfast. While 50 yuan isn't expensive, my child only ate two sausages and two donuts. Reason two: There's very little for kids to do. There's only one swimming pool, barely two proper lanes wide. The small ball pit next to the breakfast area is only open during the dinner buffet. There's nothing else to entertain children. Reason three: There are very few family-friendly attractions within walking distance. We didn't go to Qingxiu Mountain, which might be suitable for older kids. If you're traveling for business, this hotel is fine. I'd like to commend the proactive and helpful concierge at the entrance who opened doors and handled luggage. The front desk staff were standard—neither overly enthusiastic nor unfriendly, just middle-of-the-road. A customer service manager did contact me before check-in to inquire about my stay, but I was busy at the time and didn't get a clear explanation of what they needed. When we checked out, someone specifically approached us asking for a five-star review, but I was busy checking in for my flight and the call was cut short. Upon check-in, they provided toothbrushes and slippers for the child. The front desk on the 80th floor consists of three desks, similar to those for bank wealth managers, positioned right as you exit the elevator. You check-in while seated. There are no signs indicating who is responsible for what, but you can just go to any available staff member. My only discomfort was that it's been a long time since I stayed at a 4-star-plus hotel booked through Trip.com that didn't allow check-in without a deposit. I had to pay a 1000 yuan deposit, which didn't cause any real inconvenience, but it just felt off. Breakfast is about a 4-star standard. The highlight is Luosifen (snail noodles), and the pastries seemed freshly made and tasted good. Freshly squeezed juice was available, but other than that, there wasn't much special, and the variety was limited. Perhaps I had too high expectations after reading reviews. The room was very spacious, the bed was high, and it was quiet. However, the layout was a bit confusing to navigate. Despite the low occupancy, my room was very far from the elevator. Maybe it was for a better view? In summary, this can be classified as a 4-star business hotel on the 80th floor. It truly lives up to its name of being a 'selection' hotel. The view outside was just three tall buildings. I was slightly disappointed. We checked in around 7 PM and left the next morning feeling bored. There was an option to borrow traditional ethnic costumes for a 1000 yuan deposit per set. They lacked distinctiveness or suitable backdrops for photos, so we just took a few pictures in the room. The clothes were quite new and clean. The overall atmosphere felt a bit sterile. The walk from the ground floor lobby to the elevators was very spacious and empty.

PPanduoduoI absolutely love this place! It's genuinely the cleanest B&B I've ever stayed in. I was worried about humidity in the room due to the typhoon, but it was totally unnecessary – even the sheets felt warm. The whole house has an excellent lighting system, making the environment bright and airy. Plus, the night market is just a short walk away from the back entrance. If I wasn't heading home, I would definitely extend my stay for another two or three days!

XXingzoudeboboSDHygiene: There were a few minor issues. The mini-fridge and window frames had dust and stains. The bathtub wasn't a big problem since I brought my own disposable liner. Service: The front desk staff and restaurant service were good. However, everything in the room's mini-bar was chargeable, and there wasn't even complimentary water on the executive floor. Swimming Pool: It had a hot tub, but the water was a bit cool. Gym: Quite spacious and not crowded. Room View: Full floor-to-ceiling windows. One side overlooked the river, and the other faced the Wanda office building. The view was quite expansive. Location & Transportation: Directly below is Qingxiu Wanda Plaza, and it's about a fifteen-minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast: A good variety of options. Waffles, pancakes, fruit tarts, and soft buns were all great. The fried pancakes and custom 'Lao You' noodle soup with selected meats were also good. There were also cold cut cheeses, oil tea, tofu pudding, etc., and refills were prompt. Room Facilities: Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet (with an iron, shoe cabinet, and safe). Then, there's an L-shaped corridor leading to the mini-bar (Liubao tea, Tieguanyin and black tea, instant rice, Oreos, welcome fruit). Welcome fruit was provided. The bathroom area had a bathtub, Kohler fixtures, Italian ACCA KAPPA White Moss toiletries, a rain shower, and a bath mat. The bed was a 'Wanda Vista Bed' with 'Miao Meng' series bedding. There was a shoe-changing stool at the foot of the bed, and a chaise lounge facing the inner river view. There was also a 48-inch TV. The only downside was that the room's air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted by guests.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making getting around a breeze. While the room facilities aren't luxurious, they are clean, tidy, and fully functional, perfectly meeting basic accommodation needs. The service here is excellent; the staff's smiles and proactive greetings make you feel especially welcome. Plus, the soundproofing in the rooms is great, ensuring a quiet rest even though it's in a bustling area. Special thanks to the front desk for helping me find a shopping bag; it was incredibly handy for carrying things after a day of sightseeing. It was a very pleasant trip overall!

AAilvxingaipaizhaodexiaoweiThe service is very good. The manager of Qiuqiu is very professional and solves the problem in time. The parking lot is very large and there are many parking spaces. The room is very warm. The floor is high and quiet. The quilt cover and sheets are very comfortable. It is soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a gym and laundry dryer. This price has this kind of facility itself. Very recommended, the location of the hotel is very convenient to eat and play. I like it very much.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MMOHAMMED ABDULELAH HUSSEINI recently stayed at Sanzan Hotel, located near Jinhu Square Metro Station in Nanning, and had an overall pleasant experience. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
