The environment is very good, the facilities are very complete, the items equipped are very useful, the room size is also OK, very clean, and very comfortable to stay. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk handled all the needs very well. They also brought water to the elderly and gifts to the children. Thanks to the lady at the front desk, she is very friendly. The environment is beautiful and the stay is very comfortable.

GGuest User帶着 2 個長者 2 個孩子入住了酒店的多人間，房間的寬敞整潔超出預期。被褥很白很乾凈。
酒店很新，配備也很齊全，有一次性拖鞋，洗澡拖鞋，一次性浴巾和洗臉巾，一次性牙刷紙杯，還有洗髮水沐浴露，總之這些必需品都有配備。
説一下交通，原來擔心離歐樂堡有一點距離打車不方便，其實周邊的網約車很多，6-10 元就能到達歐樂堡而且叫車瞬間就有接單。老闆也多次提出可以送我們去遊樂場。看完煙花後晚上十點左右了，我們自己從遊樂場談價格找了輛車回酒店也是很方便的，沒好意思麻煩老闆，其實叫不上車，老闆也是可以去接的。
如果體力可以的年輕人完全都能步行回酒店，一站公交的路程，出來遊樂場不遠基本都能看見酒店的樓。
更要感謝老闆的服務，孩子中途在遊樂場玩有些中暑，我需要送回去一個孩子但是我不能出園還要陪着另外一個小孩繼續玩，老闆親自開車帶着留在酒店的長者把孩子接回去休息了。解決了我的難題。
從酒店回市區老闆還幫忙聯繫了司機，價格也很合理，總之服務非常到位。
想玩歐樂堡的朋友住這家酒店完全不用去花好幾千一晚的住宿費用，住這裏超級方便。樓下小吃便利店也很多，家人覺得門口小吃味道還是不錯的我們吃了餛飩，雞公煲味道都很好，我們是天津人可是很愛吃講究吃的😁
