GGuest UserXishe B&B Art Hotel is very cozy and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful and you can enjoy the scenery from your room. The room is clean and tidy and full of artistic atmosphere, just like the blue and white style of the Aegean Sea in Greece. The front desk clerk of the hotel is very enthusiastic and thoughtful in service. The driver who picked us up from the scenic spot was also very enthusiastic in introducing tourist hotspots. It's just that time was tight, so we stayed for two nights. Otherwise, there are many cherry blossom gardens to visit nearby. I'll stay here next time.

GGuest UserThe homestay is really comfortable and the price is right! The service attitude is super good, every time I stay, it is as warm as going home. The projection is clear, and the night viewing experience is full. The room was clean and spotless, the traffic was super convenient, and the travel was worry-free. As a permanent guest, I really feel that this place is worth recommending to every friend who wants to stay nearby!

The air conditioner in my room is broken, the quilt is warm and comfortable, it is a little cold to go out.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

GG30.It's not bad. The transportation is convenient. I came here on a business trip. The hygiene is good. The front desk staff is very good. Because the renewal fee is several days, the price fluctuates every day. I asked the waiter for breakfast coupons in the evening. The waiter was very patient in communicating with us.

The front desk staff smiled like flowers, checked in efficiently and professionally, answered questions in detail, just like talking to close friends, and recommended a good room type according to my preferences, showing great care. During my stay, every time I met a waiter in the corridor, they were all polite and greeted me, making me feel like I was in the spring breeze.

KKinggunsuiyiIt just rained a little this morning. The decoration and atmosphere of the hotel are more suitable for this weather. It feels like a Jiangnan water town. It feels a little artistic when walking inside. The hotel's hygiene is a bit good, there is no smell of retiring, so you can live with peace of mind. It rained and breakfast was delivered to the room. It was a bit pleasant to watch TV for breakfast. The experience was very good.
