Guest UserMy first stay there ended up with a very unpleasant experience after check-out. They deducted 41 yuan from my deposit, even though I hadn't made any purchases. Half an hour after check-out, I called the front desk, and they said it should have been 15 yuan, that they'd overcharged me. A while later, they said it was a previous guest's purchase that was charged to me, then they said they forgot to pay it when I checked in. I really don't know what the front desk staff are doing. They only refunded me at the very end.
