MM44016****I took the train all night and arrived at 8 am. I temporarily found an hourly room before dawn. This one can check in at 8:00. It is very convenient. I will take a break and then visit the ancient city of Shache. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There are net red restaurants around, not too far from the train station and attractions. Check out at 11 o'clock is just right, oops, not bad 👍👍👍

MM12370****The room was non-smoking, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered. The room was generally clean, and the breakfast selection was limited. The reminder was until 11:00 AM, but we didn't get to eat until 10:30 AM, and the staff said they didn't have any fried eggs. The whites of the boiled eggs were yellow, and they felt like they were left overnight. The kitchen smelled like the bathroom, and there were flies everywhere. It was a world of difference compared to the Home Inn in Ruoqiang. The staff were quite friendly, giving us a watermelon upon check-in and even visiting us after check-out.

XXianer1104Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk staff had a good attitude. The hotel was clean and sanitary. The room door was not soundproof. You could hear people talking clearly when opening and closing the door in the corridor. The breakfast was not very rich. Moreover, the service staff in the breakfast room had a bad attitude and the food was not replenished in time. We had to wait until the plate was empty before replenishing it, and there was no milk or soy milk at 9:35, and it was not replenished until 10:20 when we finished the meal, and the eggs were very bad and stale. We didn’t have to provide them, but they were provided. We have to provide fresh ones. This egg is really beyond words.

GGuest UserSo far, I like this hotel very much. The main feature is that the service staff is very good! From the security guard at the door to the lady at the front desk to the lady in the canteen, they are all very cute!!! Although the hotel is a little bit old, it deserves the name of a three-star hotel! Needless to say, the facilities are great, and the lake opposite is very nice to walk at night. I like it very much!!!

There are many buses at the door, which can go directly to tourist attractions, railway stations and passenger stations. When checking in, the staff was friendly and the process was smooth. They also enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and fun places in the surrounding area. The interior of the room is warm, the bed is soft, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of toiletries is acceptable.
However, there were some unsatisfactory aspects of this stay. The air conditioner in the room is noisy and it affects the quality of sleep when it is turned on at night. The hotel's Wi-Fi was not stable and the network was intermittent, which was a bit inconvenient for me who needed to handle work. In addition, although the hotel’s breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, the taste is mostly average, and the temperature of the hot dishes is not high enough, making the eating experience poor.
